Pamela O’Brien, owner and director of Greenleaf Yoga in Geneva, has been sharing her love of yoga and meditation for 17 years, as both student and teacher. Although educated and certified by the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy, through respected and internationally renowned teachers, Sandra Anderson and Rolf Sovik PsyD. Pam also blends what she has learned through her personal practice, both on and off the yoga mat. Her teaching is highly influenced and infused by other disciplines and teachers such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Eckhardt Tolle, Pema Chodron & Dr. Andrew Weil.
It is her passion to help others transform anxiety, depression, chronic pain and trauma into fuel for a richer, healthier, more balanced life.
